We ensure that all of the vehicles we own are properly maintained and road ready.  Each vehicle meets the FMCSA and DOT requirements for safe operation and we pre-screen all of the mechanics that we allow to work on our vehicles.  The safety of others on the road and the safety of your load is what's most important to us!

Every driver must complete a thorough pre-trip inspection of the vehicle he or she will be driving for the day.  Any vehicle that is found not fit for the road does not go on the road.

At Feng Logistics, we firmly believe that the best driver is an alert and well-rested driver.  So, we take pride in adhering to the Hours of Service requirements mandated by the FMCSA.  We constantly monitor each driver's Hours of Service requirements and ensure that the routes they are assigned will not violate their Hours of Service.

We carefully monitor each driver's behaviors while he or she is on the road.  When a mistake is made and mistakes do happen, we make sure that we discuss the unsafe behavior that was demonstrated and agree upon the corrective action that will be used in the future to prevent the mistake from re-occurring.  We also follow-up with the driver to make sure they are maintaining safe and courteous driving habits and behaviors while they're on the road.

We regularly solicit feedback from our drivers on ways we can improve.  Whether it's safety, better routing, improved communication, or equipment that needs to be purchased or improved - we listen and take action!
