Feng Logistics takes pride in hiring only experienced drivers with outstanding driving history.  We carefully interview and screen all drivers to ensure that your load will arrive safely at its destination and on-time. 

In compliance with both the FMCSA and the DOT, we randomly perform drug and alcohol tests on our drivers.  Each driver is held to the highest standard of excellence and we do not keep drivers on-staff who do not meet this standard.

All too often an accident or a delay in getting your cargo to your destination is the result of a tired driver.  Our dispatch team schedules all loads to allow each driver to stay within the Hours of Service requirements of the FMCSA.  A well rested and alert driver is always in the drivers seat of our vehicles. 

At Feng Logistics we ensure that every driver has the time they need for what's most important - their family! Which means ensuring they are back home as often and as soon as possible.  We take pride in being able to bring our drivers back home almost every single day!

We are constantly evaluating market trends and pay rates for experienced and safe drivers.  We use that data to make sure that our drivers are properly compensated for the great work they do in keeping your load safe and delivering it on-time.
